Registration Fee

A per student registration fee is due upon enrolling in our school. This one-time adminstrative fee entitles the student to all paid and free activities of our School.

A re-registration fee applies when a student is absent for four (4) consecutive weeks or more.

Group Lesson Tuition

Each different group course has its corresponding tuition rate. A new tuition rate will be applied when students advance to a higher level course.

Private Lesson Tuition

Tuition is calculated based on the student level to which a student belongs. The level (Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced) is defined by the student's examination level or by the discretion of the School and the teacher.

• Beginner Level: Yamaha Grade Exam Grade 10 or below; ABRSM Grade 1-3; CM Level 3 or below


• Intermediate Level: Yamaha Grade Exam Grade 9-7; ABRSM Grades 4-5; CM Level 4-5


• Advanced Level: Yamaha Grade Exam Grade 6 and above; ABRSM Grades 6 and above; CM Level 7 and above

Absentee & Vacation

All lesson cancellations must have a 24-hour notification in order to be qualified for make-up classes in pursuit of School Policy's provisions.

Vacation requests must be accompanied by the Vacation Request Form and pre-payment of the returning month's tuition to avoid the re-registration fee.

Discounts & Specials

Advance payments for six (6) or twelve (12) consecutive months qualify for pre-payment discount. Ask us for details.

Our loyalty program rewards you when you refer a new student to us. When your friend signs up for any of our music classes, both you and your friend will receive lesson tuition credits to be used towards future tuition payment.

Refund & Credits

There is no refund to paid registration fee and tuition.

Payments & Dues

Tuition is due the 8th of every month should there be a balance due in your account. A $5.00 late fee will incur for each invoice if payments are not received by the due date.

No fee automatic credit/debit card payment or bank transfer is available to all students. Just complete the Automation Credit Card Payment Authorization Form and we will take care the rest for you.
